Nintendo DS spotted in Japanese museum
You can find the Nintendo DS in the National Museum of Western Art not because it has been phased out due to its technical inferiority to the PSP, but as a tool to enhance your visit there. You can borrow the hugely popular DS which is equipped with a special cartridge that is filled with various details from the museum counter before setting out to view all the priceless artwork and artifacts there. Each room within the museum has an access point, where the DS will then display information that is relevant to the room only. The touchscreen makes navigation all the more easier, and you can even print any paintings that you would like to keep at the end of your museum visit by choosing the print option on the DS via WiFi. The Japanese are truly an ingenious lot - when will we see this implemented in our museums?

"technically inferior"... i can see your a sony fan :)
The DS aims at a crowd that dosnt compare technical stats. (The big N decided it cant compete with Syco Sony on teens and male gamers anymore). I wonder if anyone can find numbers on how many girls buy the DS when compared to the PSP.
