Wavio MP-1000J portable AV hard drive
Onkyo's new Wavio MP-1000J portable AV hard drive enclosure holds 2.5" hard drives and can even be used in a vehicle via the 12V car adapter. This means you don't have to install a separate AV system in your car in order to enjoy your favorite movies during a long road trip. Data can be uploaded to the Wavio MP-1000J via a USB connection, while AV output supports 480p, 720p, and high definition 1080i resolutions. The Wavio MP-1000J portable AV hard drive measures a compact 80mm x 148mm x 24mm and is up for sale in Japan next week at the recommended retail price of $125 (without the hard drive, of course).
