Those with a home theater PC setup will find the Windows XP MCE remote control from X10 extremely handy. It uses RF as opposed to IR which is commonly used in other devices in its class, offering a better range without requiring line of sight. Very useful when you want to turn down the volume from the kitchen. This new remote control enables you to launch a variety of players at the touch of a button, and navigation is made extremely easy via the clearly labeled keys. Too bad it is currently available in Europe at this moment with no news of a Stateside launch. The Windows XP MCE remote control comes with a recommended retail price of €20.
