Casio GW400J-1 makes it way Stateside
The Casio G-Shock GW400-J vibrating watch has been out for over a year in Japan, but this fantastic robust timepiece for those who lead an active lifestyle has not been released for those living out from the Land of the Rising Sun. Anyone importing it from the "gray" market will have to cough up a substantial sum, but thankfully Casio has finally taken the bold step of bringing the GW400J-1 Stateside. The one and only difference between the Japan and U.S. version is the latter model being capable of displaying the temperature in fahrenheit and celsius while the former only supports celsius. The atomic solar GW400J-1 should cost approximately $200 if you want one. More specifications are available after the jump. • Atomic Timekeeping
• Tough Solar Power
• Thermometer
• Vibration Alarm
• Tide/Moon Graph
• Shock Resistant
• 200M Water Resistant
• Auto EL Backlight
• World Time
• 3 Alarms
• Countdown Timer
• Stopwatch
• Module 2931
