Pioneer Avic-D2 in-car GPS system
Pioneer's Avic-D2 in-dash navigation/entertainment system is an entry level model for vehicles that feature more than enough functions to keep the average motorist happy. The 6.5" LCD display is lovely to look at and easy on the eyes, and the Avic-D2 comes with separate CD and DVD navigation drives and an optional XM NaviTraffic system. This system is unique as it takes the less traveled path, using DVD-based navigation instead of an SD card. TeleAtlas maps which covers the entire U.S. and the Great White North already takes up 15GB of space, offering extremely detailed maps of many metropolitan areas. Amazon is currently selling the Avic-D2 for approximately $750. ( Add a comment, Search on eBay)
