Eos wireless home audio system

Posted on: December 10, 2006

Eos wireless home audio system
Eos introduces the first digital wireless home audio speaker system for the iPod by linking up to a quartet of stereo remote wireless speakers that offer interference-free CD quality sound at 48Khz within a range of 150 feet for each satellite speaker. The heart of the Eos system is an iPod docking base station that doubles up as a transmitter, featuring a couple of stereo drivers and a ported sub-woofer with SRS WoW sound enhancement technology. Each wireless remote speaker comes with a removable, integrated power supply that enables you to mount the speaker to the power outlet independently. The Eos system will be available at retail stores next March with prices starting from $299 upwards.

This is the first wireless speaker that actually works. Sounds great and I've got music all around my condo and out on the deck. Can't wait for summer parties.

I bought a complete Eos system for my home and was very pleased with the sound quality when playing my personal favorites. Classical sounds fantastic as does Jazz. I thought this might help folks decide.

EOS is the best wireless speaker on the market. We bought one at Sharper image last week. The range is outstanding. It works everywhere in my home.

I prefered the sound of the EOS over the Bose or Altec lansing systems in the store. And for $299 you get two speakers. Its the best deal on the market today.

Bring your iPod to Sharper image to test it for yourself.
