Hybrid fabric keyboard/carry case
Dec 5, 06 09:03 PM PDT

Eleksen's Fabric Keyboard was an innovative piece of technology, making your keyboard extremely light and portable. Don't think that the good people at Eleksen are resting on their laurels, as they are currently working on a prototype of an Eleksen Fabric Keyboard that is built into a carry case. Although the carry case won't be able to house large notebooks of the 17" and above variety, is is large enough to lug around smaller mobile devices such as an UMPC, PDA, or smartphone. All you need to do is plug in the Carry Case Keyboard via USB to a device of your choice and start hacking away. Made from neoprene, this keyboard/case hybrid offers a certain degree of protection for your contents inside. There is no word on when this unique accessory will be available nor how much it will costs, but if it retails for anywhere below $100, it should be a firm favorite amongst road warriors.
