Wireless Wii sensor bar
Dec 12, 06 06:19 PM PDT

Barely a month old, and third party manufacturers are already working on a slew of compatible Nintendo Wii accessories that should have been included in the original product design itself. The Wii sensor bar definitely takes away some gloss from the console's overall sexiness, no thanks to the attached cable used. Thankfully, we now have a $25 alternative that does away with the cable, powered by a 9V battery instead. This means you can now place the wireless sensor bar anywhere you like in the living room. Perhaps Nintendo will come up with their officially licensed version in the next hardware revamp? We can wish, can't we?
