JVC to launch Alneo
Posted on Jan 18, 07 07:45 AM PDT

JVC has a new MP3 player that will be released next month, dubbed the Alneo. This is pretty much a run-of-the-mill device, offering all the standard format support (MP3, WMA, WMA-DRM10, AAC and WAV) at three different capacities - 512MB, 1GB, and 2GB. There is also an integrated FM transmitter to keep your ears occupied should you tire of the tunes stored. Choose from black, white, and grey colors. The Alneo is truly a universal MP3 player as it comes with 25 languages as well. Battery life is rated at approximately 19 hours, while dimensions measure 44mm x 86mm x 11.7mm.

An FM transmitter would BROADCAST an FM signal. Not receive. If you're looking for a proofreader who has a general understanding of gadgets and electronics, feel free to approach me. I'm harmless, articulate, accurate, and correct.
