Mashimaro now available as cellphone
If you're wondering what Mashimaro is, think of it as the Korean version of Hello Kitty. Once you get the notion of how popular it is in Korea, perhaps it is easier to see and understand why a special Mashimaro M808 cellphone was released. Despite a lack of pricing and availability details, we do know that the M808 comes with a 1.5" TFT LCD display, MP3 and MPEG 4 support, a microSD memory card slot, and a 1 megapixel camera in addition to a slew of pre-loaded applications such as a calculator, a currency converter, and a calendar.
