Featuring four puzzle pieces at the top that are automatically ejected the moment the alarm rings, you are forced to find all four pieces and piece it back together before the incessant wail stops. Woe to you should any piece fly out of the apartment window accidentally when you’re staying 20 storeys above everybody else. Of course, the easier method would be just to take out one of the two AA batteries required to power this device.
