HTL Wireless has recently released the CPC strap that comes with five Jewelry Strap Loop attachments, enabling you to fit it into any object that has a circumference between 5" to 20". This description fits the ankle perfectly, and it is available in a couple of styles to hold clamshell and candybar phones as well as one that caters for Motorola RAZR handsets only. The first thousand CPC straps retail for $20, while subsequent ones go for $50. Just don't wear this out during a rainy day and you'll do just fine.
