Clarion DrivTrax P5 GPS navigation system
Posted on Feb 9, 07 01:57 AM PDT

Those living outside of Japan will be surprised to know that there are no street names or house numbers in the Land of the Rising Sun, which is why owning a GPS navigation system for a tourist or new expat is highly important. To find your way around, you have to navigate through a maze of districts, blocks, and house. Those who are unfamiliar with the system will find the Clarion DrivTrax P5 useful as it boasts a SiRFStar III GPS chipset inside, a SD memory card slot, and a brilliant 4.3" display. The DrivTrax P5 measures 132mm x 90.5mm x 22mm and comes with 4.5 hours of battery life. There is no word on pricing or availability details.
