Huma-Pen Memoir for diabetics

Those who suffer from diabetes know how important it is to self-administer the right dosage amount of insulin at proper intervals to prevent any health complications. The Huma-Pen Memoir aims to help diabetic patients manage their insulin dosages without treading into overdosage territory. This injector comes with a hidden hypodermic needle that comes with integrated insulin cartridges. The Huma-Pen is smart enough to capture the dose, date, and time of the previous 16 injections, helping diabetic patients keep track of the score. The Huma-Pen Memoir will be available in the U.S. next week onwards for $45 a pop.

Not too excited about this as my innovo - insulin pen from novo nordisk already tells me how much insulin I injected and when. Only new bit is its memory which isn’t really groundbreaking when you think how smart mp3 players are. This pen also looks bulky and old fashioned.
