I bought this unit for a family vacation to Fla. Our family had a death in the family before we left and took it to Mississippi before our vacation. We had great results to and from Mississippi with no problems at all except the unit doesn't keep the correct time and it takes hours for it to be correct. Leaving on our way to Fla. the unit froze up twice on the way and once on the way back and the time still never was correct. It also took us awhile to figure out how to reset the unit, you have to push rest button and power button at same time. Plus the suction winshield mount spring tore up so wouldn't hardly mount to the windshield. Although I have contacted the company I bought the unit from and they are replacing the mount for free. Overall experience was a good one with this unit. All directions was right on the spot. I do give the unit a good rating.
