Store your valuables in a lettuce

Unless you have a ravenous thief who overstays his welcome by rummaging through your kitchen, the Lettuce Safe is one of the better places to store your valuables. What are the odds of checking out a lettuce, especially one that is stored in the crisper section of your fridge. At the bottom of the Lettuce Safe is a 1.75" opening that snaps off to reveal the secret hiding place within. While the space offered is not much, it should be enough to cram in some cash, jewelry, a few diamonds, and even a flash drive if you have some valuable data. Just make sure the items you store inside can survive cold temperatures, as a lettuce sitting on top of your desk is a dead giveaway. The Lettuce Safe retails for $49 and is definitely not as obvious as the Ferrari Fund.
