What better way to stand out from the crowd if your product shares the same specifications and functions as the competitors? Why, throwing in some bling could do just the trick as you prick peoples' egos to have the best. The BlingPlayer from MediaREADY comes in a crystal-studded body and features a 1.8" display, MPEG 4, MP3, and WAV file format support, an FM tuner, and a voice recorder. The 2GB version will hit this April for approximately $199. This has got to be one of the most unimaginative names ever, coming in a close second to those unpronounceable home electronics which consists of a mish-mash of letters and numbers.
