Light therapy from your cap

Light therapy aims to chase away the winter blues in some people by offering a steady stream of light in order to brighten (no pun intended) up one's day. I don't really like this solution as it would turn off even the most hardcore dork - seriously, wearing a cap that features a rechargeable phototherapy device underneath the visor or a baseball cap?
