Those looking for a new 3G handset can check out Pantech's clamshell C710 when it is released this summer. This black cellphone supports UMTS data on both 850MHz and 1900MHz bands, but unfortunately it is tuned in to North America's GSM frequencies only, rendering it useless in other regions. Features include an internal and external TFT LCD display, a 1.3 megapixel camera, dual speakers, Bluetooth with A2DP stereo support, and a microSD memory card slot for expansion options.
