This won't bring Moore's law to an end, in fact it doesn't appear to have anything to do with it. This is about the energy used to power the computer, not the speed of it's processing.
And if you decide to use this technology to convey the datastream, not the power, then it will extend Moor'es law. Cutting the distance in half will double the speed. Reducing the dimension of the light beam or using different frequencies allows multiple light beams to be used simultaneously, again increasing speed. Even though it is no the (apparent) subject of the Bath research, attosecond is a logical step in the application of Moore's Law.
The conclusions in this post are an embarrassment.
