Pogo Alert for speedsters
Posted on Mar 5, 07 07:45 PM PDT

Origin Technologies has lifted the veil on the super small Pogo Alert GPS-enabled radar detection system that helps you avoid speeding tickets thanks to its extensive speed camera database which gives you ample warning to lift your foot off the accelerator and hit the brakes lest you get slapped with a fine. The Pogo Alert features a highly sensitive infrared laser detector that can detect mobile laser-based speed traps and safety camera vans. This laser detector can be detached in areas where the law prohibits them, but you can still rely on the GPS satellites and up-to-date database for protection. The Pogo Alert comes with a 1.8" color LCD display and measures 40mm x 60mm x 50mm. It will retail for £250 and is currently available.

Just got mine from nav-now.co.uk and I'm not dissapointed. Great build quality and gorgeous design. Works well on the road too alerting me to speed cameras, their speed limit and alerting me to laser guns. Can I recommend it? YES!
