Sanyo unveils weatherproof TV

More on TVs - Sanyo recently lifted the veil on its waterproof TV at CeBIT in Hanover, Germany. This 42" weatherproof TV could also hold the possibiilty of being the biggest HD-ready waterproof TV in the world. Known as the Sanyo 42LM4WPR-E, this behemoth features a 1,366 x 768 resolution, a brightness level of 500 cd/m², and a contrast ratio of 800 to 1. Only those living in homes with a sizeable backyard need apply, unless your roof leaks all the time. Pricing and availability details are still unknown, but you can expect it to come with a premium over other regular 42" HDTVs.
