Adjustable breast implants

This isn't your everyday gadget, but having a pair of adjustable breast implants is pretty interesting. After all, we know how fickle minded women can be and on some days they might be feeling a little down on the front. These adjustable implants come with a port which is left exposed, where it can be inflated to the desired size over a period of weeks in the presence of a surgeon. Just be careful that you don't overdo it since stretch marks remain there permanently. This type of implant is currently available for saline implants only, despite silicone giving a much more natural feel. I wonder what kind of technology the female Terminator used in the franchise's third instalment?
