The Genius Traveler 355 Laser Mouse lays claim to being the first Opto Mouse in the world. The 355 comes with a resolution of 1,600 dpi and a unique touch sensor which replaces the scroll wheel. The elimination of moving, mechanical parts always fascinated me, and the Genius Traveler 355 Laser Mouse is certainly a step in the right direction. It remains to be seen whether the Opto Mouse generation will oust the optical laser mice that has invaded every aspect of our lives in the near future?
