There is a company out of New York City that is running a SCAM. I ordered Listn-up and never got the product. It's some Asian people answering the phone, and you can't understand a thing they are saying. They gave me a DHL tracking number and told me to locate it myself. DHL couldn't find it. Very poor customer service.

The listen up earings aid I bought are unuseful to me because the speakers are too large in size for my ears. Probably they were designed for giants|||

I agree 100%. I just copied and pasted the prevous comment. The exact thing happened 2 me This is truely a scam. I ordered one and they send me two. I called right after I ordered to cancel and they told me to call the following day to cancel. I called a 9:00 and they said the shipment had already gone through. They said they were going to send me confirmation by e-mail and they never did. The product doesn't even work. SCAM SCAM SCAM

does this product actually work, because if it does not, what is the point in advertiseing it, and conning people out of $14.95 plus shipping

My mom bought this when she realized everyone complained about her TV being too loud. The sound quality is terrible. Someone who is hard of hearing might turn up the gain to pick up a TV, but an unexpected loud noise could truly damage their hearing. This thing is not really a scam, its just junk. You get what you pay for. If you want to hear your TV buy some wireless headphones.
