MP4 watch goes widescreen

MP4 watch goes widescreen
The manufacturer of last year's MP4 wrist watch has upped the ante by unveiling a second iteration which features a 1.8" color LCD that boasts widescreen, although to call it that is actually bad taste. Still, it comes with a full 16:9 ratio for videos, MP3 playback, and an integrated FM radio. Features include a 3.5mm audio jack, an integrated speaker, USB 2.0 connectivity, and 2GB of internal memory. You can pick one up for $57 or at a cheaper price when importing in bulk. I suppose it tells the time as well? Hopefully the third generation will come with a built-in digital camera with video recording capability.

I just got one of these. Video, audio are quite good, considering the size.
Main problem is that the only way you can see the time, is to press the power button, which shows the time for only ten seconds. I cannot figure out how to get it to keep the time on the display, or even to show the time display when the watch is turned on (allowing you to access the video, radio etc functions).
The manual is written in 6 point type and is no help in this regard.
It's too bad, because with just a little more attention to practical details this would be an outstanding device.
