Samsung SCH-C210 launched in Korea

Can cellphones get any thinner? Samsung has just launched its SCH-C210 in Korea, also known as the Ultra Edition 5.9. This means you get to make calls on a handset that measures a mere 5.9mm thin. Samsung claims that the SCH-C210 boasts enhanced durability, thanks to its magnesium and fiber glass reinforced plastic materials, but I still remain a skeptic. Do you have a nagging feeling that one of these days, somebody who sits on their Ultra Edition phones will just break it in half? Other features of the SCH-C210 include Bluetooth connectivity, a 2 megapixel camera, an electronic dictionary, and MP3 playback. It will retail for approximately $430 after conversion.

Maybe Samsung should also include a paperweight with the C210
