WiFi iPods to come soon?

Universal Scientific Industrial (USI) and Foxconn are reported to be in the cahoots when it comes to manufacturing WiFi-enabled iPods which are due for release later this year. USI will be making the WiFi modules while Foxconn is responsible for assembly. Shipments from USI will begin later this month while Foxconn will start moving in Q3. Frankly, the development of a WiFi iPod is long overdue, and a new release will definitely boost sales of the iPod and perhaps breaking the next 100 million sold barrier in a shorter period.
