BioLock Fingerprint Deadbolt lock
May 14, 07 10:43 AM PDT

Looks like you'll have to place an extra premium on your fingers from now on with the BioLock Fingerprint Deadbolt lock. This keyless device is smart enough to memorize up to 50 different fingerprints, taking a mere second to recognize your print whenever you swipe your finger to lock and unlock that particular door. Powered by a quartet of AA batteries, the BioLock still retains those fingerprint codes even when these batteries have given up the ghost. Choose from polished bronze or satin nickel finish for $229. The older folk living in the same house who have not yet moved on to electronic newspapers, email, and other technologies can rely on the old school lock and key system as a backup.
