What makes this device stand out is the fact that it works as a fairly standard digital clock whenever the noise level in your house is low, but as more and more friends stream over and the booze making its intended rounds, the Party Timer will analyze the noise level and display a corresponding image on how well the party is progressing. There are up to 9 different party types available depending on the noise level in your home. Some of the descriptions are pretty hilarious, with "Atomic Party" being at the top-most level.
