Slurpr aggregates WAPs
Posted on May 29, 07 06:59 PM PDT

Slurpr is an ungainly device designed by Mark Hoekstra from Holland, and was built especially to aggregate a whole bunch of WiFi access points into a single high speed connection. The moment you turn it on, it will look out for half a dozen of the strongest open WiFi channels within the vicinity, connecting to all of them and combining their signals into one speedy connection. Before you think about getting such a device, I do hope you're aware that freeloading on somebody else's WiFi connection without prior permission is considered a crime in many countries, so read up on the local law before checking the Slurpr up.
