The EMS Muscle Mouse from Thanko is certainly a revolution in the waiting, featuring special ports along the mouse's USB cable that lets you hook up EMS pads. These EMS pads are then taped to the particular body area which you'd like to tone, where you use the Power, Mode, and Stimulation Level buttons on the mouse itself (located on top and at the side) to control these settings.
