I'm not too sure why would anyone want the USB Radio from Thanko, considering the fact that most people would power it via a laptop or computer. Unless these same folk are unaware that Internet radio is far superior to regular FM programming, featuring pretty acceptable sound quality and the lack of advertisements, they have certainly been fleeced when parted with $55 to purchase the USB Radio. At that price, you can get regular FM radios that come in designs that are way more desirable than that of a router-wannabe. The only thing the Thanko USB Radio has going for it would be the ability to record radio programs in WMA and WAV formats.
