Inventec K871 Pocket PC Phone unveiled
Posted on Jun 7, 07 07:56 PM PDT

Inventec's latest offering, the K871 Pocket PC Phone was unveiled at Computex 2007 and as with any other self-respecting Pocket PC device these days, it runs on the Windows Mobile 6.0 operating system. The design isn't exactly inspiring, and I wonder whether the keypad looks comfortable to type and easy to use as all the keys are clustered so close together. This HSDPA-enabled handset comes with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity and a 3 megapixel camera with autofocus. No idea on how much it costs and whether it will make its way across to the U.S. though.

the keypad is shaped like that because it works as a clickwheel too. it's gonna be very incomfortable, but quick-scrolling :)
