Iomega eGo portable hard drive

Iomega eGo portable hard drive

Iomega has an eGo, and suffice to say it isn't too big. Now, I'm not talking about feelings but rather that of the hard drive variety. The eGo Portable Hard Drive targets laptop owners, bringing up to 160GB of storage space while hooking up to computers via USB 2.0. Since it is bus-powered, there is no need to lug around yet another power supply on your travels. The eGo's chassis is of interesting design and looks a lot like a PS3 from certain angles. Coming in a striking cherry red color, the eGo features DropGuard disk protection and automatic/manual backups. It retails for $160 a pop and looks pretty chic to go along with one of those new colorful Dells.
