Sharp's WillCOM W-ZERO 3 smartphone will receive an upgrade, and will henceforth be known as the W-ZERO 3 Advance. Sounds more like a video game console if you ask me. Anyway, the upgrade includes a slimmer body (17.9mm) complete with a new 3" 480 x 800 LCD display. It shares roughly the same form factor as that of the HTC Vox, and runs on Windows Mobile Classic. Features include a numeric keypad, a sliding QWERTY keyboad, and a mini USB port where you can hook up an external Bluetooth or GPS module. No idea on how much this costs nor whether it will make it Stateside. Looks like a simple and elegant business handset than anything else.
