Ubixon Bluetooth headset with display
Jun 4, 07 11:51 AM PDT

Ubixon is currently working on a next generation Bluetooth headset that comes with a display. This unique device's display features high contrast indoors as well as outdoors without the help of a back light found on existing displays. There is no word on pricing or availability, but it is good to see progress in the field of Bluetooth headsets in different directions other than just shrinking it with each iteration. What other types of functions would you like to see in a Bluetooth headset that would greatly benefit users?

You know what electro I was mentioning this idea to my brother and he brushed it away by saying u can see it on the phone if u have too. After reading yr comment I realize I am not alone. Lets hope some company comes along and creates it.

A screen for what? If it's sitting in my ear, I don't want to keep having to remove it to see who's calling.
What I want is a headset that actually reads who's calling by announcing their name from my contacts list or reading out the number. That way I can decide if I want to answer it or not.
