There is bound to be detractors for this post, but still the Beosound 6 from Bang & Olufsen requires some attention for those willing to fork out a handsome bundle for an MP3 player. The Beosound 6 takes a simple design approach with straight lines and rounded corners, featuring a 65k color LCD display upfront. Features include MP3 and WMA support, USB connectivity, and 4GB of internal memory. Each purchase comes with a leather case and A8 earphones for your listening pleasure. At £400 each, you could easily purchase a couple of 80GB iPods that does video as well, but for the sake of pride, the Beosound 6 definitely rolls easily off the tongue whenever someone asks to take a look at your MP3 player.
