Pentax unveils new Optios

Pentax has introduced a couple more Optio digital cameras in the form of the Optio M40 and the Optio E40. Both cameras come with 8 megapixel sensors and 3x optical zoom, face recognition for better portrait shots, and digital shake reduction to capture crystal clear images even when you're having the jitters. The former boasts an extremely slim aluminum alloy body and a 2.5" TFT color LCD display, while the latter targets the entry-level crowd that truly believes in the term "point-and-shoot", where pressing the capture button will automatically cause the camera to snap a picture after adjusting the exposure, sensitivity, white balance, and other settings according to the shooting environment automatically.
