Sony Ericsson S500i hits Asian market

Those living in Asia will be the beneficiaries of the new Sony Ericsson S500i cellphone. This handset boasts a pretty unique design, where the tiny bit that curves out at the bottom adds that little bit of character. Strictly a mid-range handset, you get 12MB of internal memory, Bluetooth and EDGE connectivity, a 2 megapixel camera, and a Memory Stick Micro 2 card slot. Snapped photos can be uploaded via an EDGE connection, letting you update your photo blog on-the-fly. Additional features include support for RSS feeds. Choose from Mysterious Green and Spring Yellow colors. Pricing details are currently unknown, but this is one of the sweeter looking handsets to be released this year, that's for sure.
