Air Storage helps keep food fresh

Freezing works great when you want to preserve food before cooking, but for other kinds of food that has already been prepared, freezing isn’t the most optimal option since both flavor and nutrients tend to degrade while they can’t last more than a couple of days in the fridge before being fit for the refuse bin. The Air Storage aims to circumvent this problem by keeping cooked food at a constant 60ºC using thermal energy. In this way, stored food is touted to last way longer, taking less than a minute to reanimate for eating. Talk about bringing new meaning to the phrase ‘fast food’! Even instant noodles require 2 minutes of cooking – granted this is just reheating, but a hungry stomach doesn’t really care to point out these differences.
