Gresso wows with new phones
Aug 8, 07 08:00 PM PDT
Russian design house Gresso is certain to elicit more "Wow" than Windows Vista ever could with the Luna and Sol cellphones from its Avantgarde line. The main shell is made out of 200-year old African blackwood for a unique finish on each phone. In addition, both backing and the main keypad are constructed using scratch-resistant titanium, with the front navigation key and number buttons (on the Sol only) available in a gold Roman numeral finish. Hardware-wise, both handsets are powered by Windows Mobile 6 Standard and feature a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity, and live instant messaging. The Sol and Luna will be released later this year, retailing for approximately $9,620 and $6,872 respectively. Looks like Vertu has a companion to invite to its tea party from now on...
