Robots are pretty cool to have, but when they come in the form of a cat, that's where I draw the line. I like my felines real, furry, and alive - and the Dream Cat from Segatoys cannot provide me that. Putting my personal preferences aside, here's the skinny on the Dream Cat. It features five touch sensors at strategically placed locations, and is capable of blinking, moving its neck and mouth, purr and meow, and even hiss if you try the age-old cat-irritating trick of pulling its tail. Leave it alone and it will probably curl up into a ball and fall asleep somewhere. Too bad after forking out $139 for this your rat infestation problem still won't be over.
