Extreme PC Cooling Systems

Overclocking one's computer can be considered a passion, but how do you keep these beasts running cool while they're performing at a level that is much higher than it is supposed to? One of the methods would be to dunk it - in cooking oil, no less. One might think that using something mildly flammable like cooking oil might be folly, but surprisingly it keeps everything running stable despite being pushed beyond its intended limits. Imagine the mess created if you decide to stick in an additional piece of RAM. What are some of the other methods you use to cool down your PC?
