New Samsung printers headed for Apple

New Samsung printers headed for Apple
Remember the drop dead gorgeous printers from Samsung that we looked at earlier this month? Well, apparently something as sleek as these aren't worthy of a release on a Windows platform since they're available exclusively only from Apple Stores. These new laser printers are known as the ML-1630 and SCX-4500, with the aim to aesthetically harmonize with any office or home environment while delivering high quality performance without any compromise. These new printers will be released in January next year, and some of the hardware improvements include a button-less touch-sensor panel, audible alerts, and blue LED scan-process indicators for a higher degree of user friendliness. The SCX-4500 and ML-1630 will retail for $299 and $199 respectively. ( Add a comment)

Looks like Apple gets first release, but they'll definitely be available for Windows. Read the full specification on the Samsung site and it says the printers are compatible with Linux, Win 2k, 2003, XP and Vista as well as the Mac.

Actually I looked on the net and Apple is already offering this printer. Also it's being at OfficeMax and other retail outlets.
