Man, I had absolutely no idea that there was such a thing known as "breathing power". Apparently, the POWERbreathe Inspiratory Muscle Trainers were designed to restore the mentioned breathing power. You are required to blow into the tube and push the spring-loaded valve in order to exercise those breanthing-control muscles. Theoretically, this exercise is meant to increase your lung capacity which could come in handy helping those suffering from asthma although it won't cure it. I say blowing hundreds of balloons will get the same effect, but doing that won't be as cool as exhaling into this £30 device.
