Sharp releases new Blu-ray recorders

Sharp has just unleashed a couple more Blu-ray recorders, namely the BD-HDW20 and the BD-HDW15 that feature 1TB and 500GB hard drives respectively. The only difference between the two is the storage capacity, whereas everything else within remains the same. Shared features include a dual TV tuner that enables you to record two programs simultaneously, HDMI output, i-Link to connect to other Sharp devices, and Dolby DTS support. You can record onto dual layer BD-R/RE discs other than standard single layer discs if the need arises. Both the Sharp BD-HDW20 and BD-HDW15 will be up for grabs in Japan from December 1st onwards, retailing for approximately $2,600 $1,735) respectively.
