Transparent Toaster for perfectionists
For those who love to have the perfect toast (equally brown on both sides and all over), then this Transparent Toaster is definitely a must-buy home appliance. Unfortunately, it remains a concept at this point in time although I don't see why it cannot be turned into reality sometime down the road. The Transparent Toaster uses transparent heating glass technology so you know exactly when to pop out that slice of bread, making unhealthy carbon deposits a thing of the past.

Ah, I wish that someone like you had sent a tip back then. Thanks for pointing this out!

Not to be catty, but this was a prototype back in 2006. While it didn't make it to ubergizmo, it was on most of the rest of your brethren's sites.
