Wowwee, the company that brought us the Robosapien, has teamed up with DreamWorks Animation Consumer Products to produce the Flytech Barry B. Benson, making it the first radio-controlled flying bee in the world. Flytech Barry B. Benson is the official flying bee toy based on the Bee Movie, featuring a unique flying action and dual-wing design that enables users to be a nuinsance in general as they control his flight path through the home and outdoors. Once again, this is made possible by imitating nature as the toy replicates the flapping-wing flight of both birds and insects to stay afloat. He requires half a dozen AA batteries and not honey to stay in the air though, and comes with a pair of spare wings (good afterthought considering how rough kids are), a spare propeller, detachable antenna, remote controller and tail ribbon. You can pick up the FlyTech Barry B. Benson this fall for $49.99.
