Adobe picks up Buzzword

Adobe has entered the Web-based application fray by purchasing the makers of online word processor Buzzword. Buzzword offers a WYSIWYG word processing environment within a Web browser, featuring both document management and online collaboration features. It supports Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux systems and can work both offline and online, boasting compatibility with RTF, Word, and Word 2003 XML files with plans to include PDF, ODF, and other format support in the future. If you were the end user, which application would you settle for - Office Live Workspaces, Google Documents, or Adobe's latest acquisition, Buzzword? I suppose it doesn't really matter to the end user if the document being read/composed is in a common format like RTF - more choices is always a good thing, but not too many.
